This Maekake is a collaboration with Yasunori Kimata, an artist who paints sliding door screens for shrines and temples.
It features the idiom “drawing the dragon's eyes(画龍点睛 Garyou Tensei)” and a dragon painting, based on the anecdote that adding the final touch of the eyes caused the dragon to soar into the heavens.
